The University of Illinois Global Campus will offer lower tuition to recipients of undergraduate and graduate degrees from any University of Illinois campus who are contributing members of the University of Illinois Alumni Association, thanks to a measure approved by the University of Illinois Board of Trustees.
Tuition for U of I degree-holders who are contributing members of the UIAA will be 10% less than the tuition for non-residents.
The Global Campus introduces this new rate along with the announcement of five new degree and certificate programs set to launch in May and September 2008:

The Global Campus offers their online bachelor's completion degrees, master's degrees, and graduate certificate programs in collaboration with partnering academic units on the brick-and-mortar campuses of Urbana-Champaign, Chicago, and Springfield. Each program's curriculum is developed by world-class University of Illinois faculty who are leaders in their fields of study. In addition, Global Campus programs are overseen by an academic council and taught by high quality instructors who meet rigorous requirements in both their academic fields and in online pedagogy.
