Technical Support

Our online orientation and tutorials will familiarize you with the online learning management system for your courses. Enrolled student will have access to online and telephone technical support during the following hours of operation:

• Monday through Thursday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time
• Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time
• Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Central Time

Minimum System Requirements

• Processor: 800MHz Pentium III or Athlon, or better
• RAM: 256 Megabytes
• At least 20 MB free disk space
• Monitor: 1024X768 resolution
• Sound card with speakers and microphone or headset
• Video card: nVidia GeForce 2, GeForce 4mx, or better) OR ATI Radeon 8500, 9250, or better
• High speed Internet connection
• DVD or CD player
• Web Cam
