Program Information

Become a Master in Teacher Leadership. This graduate degree will provide practicing teachers with the opportunity to earn a high quality master's degree that could be used as a step toward state and/or National Board Certification through an interactive Internet-based series of courses. The focus of this degree to meet the needs of place-bound teachers in Illinois and throughout the United States who wish to take positions of leadership within their schools or districts, but who are not interested in the principalship. Emphasis is placed on interactive participation, with an emphasis on independent work that will link the students' coursework to their professional growth.
