Terms and Conditions

For courses taken for CEU's, payment must be received by the seventh day of the course (one calendar week following the start of the course) and should be in the form of a check, money order, purchase order or credit card. Contact ION staff by email or by phone to pay by credit card. Purchase Orders must include the institution's taxpayer ID (FEIN) number. Please make checks payable to the University of Illinois and send to the address below:

Refunds

If an MVCR course is canceled or rescheduled, you may request a refund or a transfer to another MVCR course. Otherwise, tuition is non refundable.
