Alumni Association

As a student of the University of Illinois, you can become a member of the University of Illinois Alumni Association (UIAA), upon graduation. Even while you are a current student, the UIAA provides a Collegiate Member program for enrolled students that includes access to an online alumni directory and career services.

You may be eligible for a lower tuition rates for U of I graduates (recipients of undergraduate and graduate degrees from any University of Illinois campus), depending on your program of study. If your program offers a reduced tuition for U of I degree holders, tuition will be 10% less than the tuition for non-residents.

The UIAA boasts the largest alumni base of any state university system in the nation -- more than a half-million strong. This means ample networking opportunities for you as a U of I student or graduate. The Online Directory gives you access to more than 40,000 alumni with whom you can network. Ask questions, get advice and take advantage of the experience of other U of I alumni. This is just one of the many services available to you.

The UIAA is an independent, not-for-profit organization. Connecting alumni to the University of Illinois and to each other, the UIAA mobilizes alumni support for the University and provides valuable benefits, services and resources. Among the more than 550,000 alumni of the University, UIAA members are a select group that cares most about the welfare and future of the University of Illinois and its alumni community.

More information about membership benefits and alumni events in your area may be found online at www.uiaa.org.
