Program Information
The Administrative Nursing Leadership Program synthesizes the disciplines of nursing and management in order to efficiently and effectively direct nursing operations in health care agencies toward realization of the goals of both the profession and the agency. The focus includes organizational behavior, human resources, fiscal management, leadership and managerial functions of the nurse manager.
The 18-semester hour program can be completed in 3 semesters of part-time study.
Upon completion of the program, students are eligible to sit for the certification exam in nursing administration (CNA) offered by the American Nurses Association Credentialing Center.
