The Global Campus is pleased to offer a user-friendly, self-guided Virtual Career Development Center in collaboration with the University of Illinois at Springfield.

The Career Development Center will utilize a developmental approach incorporating career planning tools and resources enabling you to make informed decisions, no matter where you are in the process. The interactive tools and resources will assist you with:

Gaining Self-Awareness (identification of interests, skills, values, etc.)
Options to Explore (occupations, labor markets, companies, etc.)
Active Decision Making (interviewing, corporate shadowing, mentoring, networking, etc.)
Launching your Career (job search, job interviewing, salary negotiation, job offer evaluation, etc.)
Self-Reflection (evaluating current employment status, career transition, career path, etc.)

The Virtual Career Development Center will be available to assist you every step of the way.
